“Normally you plan the wedding starting with? .. probably there is no routine or might be there is.. well, we started from the photographers and the priest. As the first we didn’t know at all, never seen until the wedding day, the second I knew from my high school, my beloved priest.
We had a good feeling although with both of the importance we haven’t had too much of contact, one in Warsaw, one on the Gibraltar and we both in Basel! We had first luck – both promised to come! Yeees:) !
It was an awesome blessing to find SMOKI because we haven’t even searched. I found them totally by chance of watching some international competition and fallowed since that time on every new shots.
..soon we both fall in love in the reportage they do, we love their sensibility for the light.. soft / sharp, night time / day time, situations, emotions, architecture, very comprehensive shots and not banal but from totally new perspective.. fresh. The series of pictures tell the story with additional magical finish.. and we are simple couple of people without ability of posing, we are actually pretty against posing.. Its suppose to be a reportage not a fake story.. we wished ourself so that the feelings will be caught in this reportage and we will stay natural.. and they of course managed!
I think the crossbar was pretty high, I haven’t been myself for days since the stress, I haven’t had clear mind and they worked so relaxing on me that not only as professionals but as warm people they are, it worked on every level just great!
Our reportage is an incredible beautiful story of our love and the day we spend with family and friends.
We are astonished to be one of the couples that SMOKI honoured by taking this day for us and kept the day on this series of pictures for our life..
